Cajun Seafood Boil

This seasoning was created during my first job as a Chef. It is a spice with plenty of Cajun and southwestern flavors. We think its versatility can be a plus when preparing many dishes with a Southern or Cajun origin (ex. Gumbo, Dirty Rice, or etouffee)
