Step 1 In a small saucepan, combine the butter with the John Henry's Papa Charlie's Seasoning or John Henry's City Market

Step 2
Light a grill or heat a grill pan. Leave whole, Devein the shrimp leaving them in the shell, Season with Papa Charlie's Greek Seasoning or John Henry's City Market , then stuff the shells with the Papa Charlie's Greek Seasoning or John Henry's City Market Butter. Place the shrimp on bamboo skewers.

Step 3
Grill the shrimp over a medium-hot fire, shell side down, until lightly charred, about 1 minute. Turn and grill the other side until lightly browned, about 40 seconds. Turn the shrimp again. Brush them liberally with more butter, sprinkle with John Henry's Papa Charlie's or John Henry's City Market again and grill until barely cooked through and bubbling, about 1 minute longer.
